Competition Categories

All work must be started and completed during the convention.
Except the Showcase Tattoo Trophy••

Trophies awarded for 1st and 2nd Places 3rd Place is certificate only.

Saturday Categories

Best Small Colour:  Smaller than A4 : Smaller, vibrant pieces.
Best Small Black & Grey:  Smaller than A4 : Intricate, small-scale black/grey work, small portraits
Best Small non machine: Hand poke, hand tap, bamboo etc

Sunday Categories

Best Large Colour: A4 min: Large-scale, colourful designs.
Best Large Black & Grey: A4 min: Large-scale, detailed black/grey pieces. Large portraits
Best Geometric/Ornamental : Strong black ink, geometric, or heavily patterned designs.
Best Oriental: Traditional Japanese-style tattoos (e.g., koi, Oni masks).
Best Traditional: Hand Tapped/poked , non machine work

Showcase Tattoo: Completed artists work show case your best work, bring your client / model to enter this stand alone competition on the Sunday••

Best of Show: From Saturday and Sunday: The top awards recognising the best overall work done at the convention.

 

Judges decision is final, all work must be started and completed during the convention.
